Italian Aircraft WWII

The Italian WWII Aircraft Set recreates the military aircraft of Italy during the Second World War. Designed for tabletop aerial combat games, naval aviation scenarios, and historical wargaming, this set includes a collection of Italian fighters, bombers, reconnaissance aircraft, patrol planes, and transport aircraft used across the Mediterranean, North African, Eastern Front, and Balkan theaters during the war.

This aircraft collection represents the Regia Aeronautica and Italian naval aviation during the height of Axis operations in the Mediterranean. Included are aircraft used in fleet air support, convoy escort missions, anti-shipping strikes, coastal patrols, reconnaissance operations, strategic bombing, and air defense campaigns against Allied forces.

The set reflects the important role played by Italian aviation in the Mediterranean theater, where Italian aircraft supported naval operations, defended Axis supply routes to North Africa, and participated in major air campaigns against British and Allied forces. Italian aircraft operated from mainland Italy, Sicily, Libya, Greece, and occupied territories throughout the conflict.
