All digital products sold or distributed by Topside Minis are provided under the following usage license.

By purchasing, downloading, or using Topside Minis products, you agree to these terms.

1. Permitted Use

Customers may use Topside Minis products for:

  • Personal tabletop gaming
  • Personal hobby printing
  • Club and local gaming group use
  • Personal backup and archival copies
  • Online battle reports, reviews, blogs, and gameplay videos

Customers may print purchased files for their own personal use.

Gaming clubs and regular gaming groups may share purchased files internally for club gameplay and event use, provided the files are not publicly distributed or commercially reproduced.

2. Online Content and Reviews

Topside Minis products may appear in:

  • YouTube videos
  • Review videos
  • Battle reports
  • Hobby blogs
  • Podcasts
  • Social media content

Attribution is appreciated but not required.

3. Prohibited Uses

Customers may NOT:

  • Resell digital files
  • Redistribute files publicly
  • Upload files to file-sharing services or public archives
  • Sell printed copies of the products
  • Include products in commercial publishing projects
  • Use products in print-on-demand systems
  • Commercially manufacture products derived from the files
  • Use products for AI training, machine learning datasets, or automated image extraction systems
  • Remove copyright notices or branding where present

4. Ownership

Purchase of a product grants a personal usage license only.

All copyrights, artwork, graphics, layouts, and product designs remain the property of Topside Minis unless otherwise stated.

No ownership rights are transferred through purchase.

5. License Violations

Topside Minis reserves the right to:

  • Revoke download access
  • Restrict customer accounts
  • Refuse future sales
  • Pursue legal remedies when necessary

in cases of abuse, piracy, unauthorized redistribution, or commercial misuse.

6. Changes to This License

This license may be updated periodically. Continued use of Topside Minis products after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
