Cold War Aircraft Collection – 50% Released!

We are pleased to announce that our Cold War Aircraft Collection is now approximately 50% complete and available for purchase at Topside Minis!

The collection will feature 134 different aircraft, representing American and Soviet military aviation from the early Cold War through the final years of the Soviet Union. Aircraft include fighters, bombers, attack aircraft, reconnaissance planes, helicopters, transports, aerial refueling tankers, and airborne early warning aircraft.

The collection covers aircraft that served in major Cold War conflicts, including the Korean War, Vietnam War, Soviet-Afghan War, and numerous other regional conflicts.

Four Counter Sizes Included

Each aircraft is offered as an individual digital PDF product containing four different counter sizes:

• 1.5-inch: 12 numbered counters
• 1-inch: 24 numbered counters
• 0.75-inch: 35 numbered counters
• 0.625-inch: 40 numbered counters

All four sizes are included with each purchase, allowing players to select the counter size best suited to their preferred tabletop or aerial wargaming system.

Selected aircraft products also include multiple national markings, aircraft configurations, or related aircraft types.

Release Schedule

With approximately half of the collection now available, we are continuing to add new aircraft regularly and expect to complete all 134 aircraft by December 2026.

The aircraft are available individually, allowing players to build their own air forces according to the aircraft types, nationalities, and historical periods they need.
